End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) sets the terms and conditions for all apps, games, and websites created and owned by Screen Mirroring TV (“Screen Mirroring TV,” “we,” “our products,” or “us”).

1. Agreement Overview

By downloading, installing, or using our apps or websites, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use our products.

Your use of our products confirms that:

  • You accept the terms in this Agreement.

  • You are authorized to bind yourself or any party you represent.

  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA): our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) also applies. In case of any conflict, the DPA takes precedence.

We may update this Agreement periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms. We may also suspend or discontinue parts of our products at any time without prior notice.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our products for unlawful or prohibited activities. Misuse or violation of these terms may lead to immediate termination of your access without notice.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement (and payment of any fees where applicable), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use our products.

  • This license applies to one device you own or control at a time (including Android devices).

  • You may not resell, transfer, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our products.

  • You may not make our products available over a network for simultaneous use on multiple devices.

All rights, titles, and intellectual property remain with Screen Mirroring TV.

This Agreement does not entitle you to support services, printed materials, or updates.

Your rights under this license will end automatically if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using our products immediately.

4. Your Data

  • We do not collect personal data (like names, emails, or phone numbers) unless you provide it directly (e.g., via support requests).

  • Any personal data you share will be kept confidential and used only to resolve your request.

  • You may request deletion of your data anytime by contacting us.

For apps with ads:

  • We may collect non-personal data (e.g., device identifiers) for advertising outside the EU.

  • Within the EU, only non-personalized ads are shown after obtaining your consent.

5. Cookies

We do not place cookies on your device. However, third-party ad or analytics providers may use cookies. You can manage or opt out of these via the providers’ opt-out options.

6. Permissions

Our apps may request internet access to:

  • Download or update content,

  • Show ads,

  • Provide links, or

  • Collect anonymous analytics data.

Other permissions (such as camera or storage) are requested only to enable specific features (e.g., creating photo frames).

7. In-App Purchases

Some apps may offer in-app purchases. These are governed by the same terms of this Agreement.

8. Social Media Integration

Our apps may allow you to share content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp. We do not collect personal data from your social media accounts.

9. Non-Advertising Apps

For apps that do not use ads, sections related to advertising and ad tracking do not apply.

10. Data Sharing with Authorities

We may share data with public authorities or other companies if required by law (e.g., fraud investigations, legal requests, or protecting safety).

11. Opting Out

You may limit or opt out of ad tracking by adjusting device settings or making in-app purchases to remove ads.

In the EU, only non-personalized ads are displayed with user consent.

12. Age Restrictions

Our products are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided data, please contact us, and we will delete it promptly.

13. Changes to this Agreement

We may revise this Agreement at any time by posting an updated version. Updates are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our products means you accept the changes.
